THE TEAM
UBP was founded by Sanchez R. Jackson in 2019.
A former baseball player and current coach started UBP with the purpose of helping baseball players that were not on the radar get exposure in order to be recruited.

The Uncommitted Baseball Players (UBP, LLC) team would not be where it is today if it were not for Coach Sanchez Jackson who oversees our strategy and advises on the best course of action for the team. His focused is to provide maximum exposure for clients. We really could not have wished for a better Recruiting Director.

UBP Has hundreds of committed players playing at the college level. The recruitment process entails more than attending baseball camps to get on the radar of college coaches. The key to recruitment is exposure and exposure gets you in front of college coaches. We have the team and resources needed to kick off the recruitment process. UBP's mission is to offer affordable recruiting services to high school, junior college, or postgraduate baseball players looking to play at the next level.
Finding the right baseball and academic program is our goal in this process. The team is dedicated to connecting players with the right program so players can compete at the highest level and ultimately graduate from college.
